Add our fees & interest!

Add to your Terms of Business that any third party costs such as debt recovery fees will be owed by the client in any instances of non-payment when the case goes beyond terms. This means that we can add our fees on top of the balance! Not only this, but you can also claim interest for any cases beyond terms. Statutory interest for business-to-business debts is 8% plus the Bank of England base rate, however in instances like this it is good practice to charge somewhere between 1.5% and 5%.
